FTP Attachments^® Basic (Free)

FTP Attachments^® Basic (Free) edition is a free edition for small organizations having upto 30 Salesforce users. It does provide most benifits listed in FTP Attachments^® Overview with some limits on features.

Features

• Supports up to 2GB file size for certain storage servers
• Detailed progress bar and status gives feedback to user for file being uploaded/downloaded
• Run Salesforce reports on FTP Attachments^® records
• Allow files with only certain extensions or deny certain extensions

Tools

• Migrator: migrates your existing Salesforce attachments to FTP Attachments^®  ($949/Year)
• Importer: imports files on your local hard disk to FTP Attachments^® (very useful when migrating from other CRM system to Salesforce or automate attachment processes)($949/Year)
• Email2Case: modified version of Salesforce's Email2Case which supports FTP Attachments^® ($199/100 Users/Year)
